The momma tells people that the reason we can't have stuffies in the house is because Madie is the "Great Brown Stuffie Killer". Well, the momma found out last night, that I'm no slouch in the stuffie killing department myself!! =)

Wordless Wednesday - Not Even Close!!!

So instead of a barrage of adorable pics of yours truly today, I told the momma we need to post for others today!! I know as a Sunflower Girl, I was supposed to post a tribute to Tuni and Sequoia today. While I did include them, I needed to post about others today too!! We have a few friends that are in need of the Power of the Paw!!! So let the healing thoughts begin!!!!

First up is The Foo!! She and her sister Gen are fellow Sunflower Girls!! Gen and The Foo got into a bit of a scuff over breakfast over the weekend and The Foo got hut pretty bad!! She had to have a trip to the emergency vet to put her little eye back in!! Now her momma calls her "Lefty" =) The Foo had to have her eyelid sewn shut so her eye can heal properly. As if that's not bad enough, they put her in the "Cone of Shame" WTH?!?!?! Poor Girl!!!


Next is another Sunflower Girl!! Little Miss Pearl had to spend the day at the vet yesterday because she is having pee pee issues again. Her momma, like mine, tends to worry so she took her in for tests. The goods news is that there is nothing seriously wrong with Pearly Poo!!! The bad news is the vet said she will probably always have pee pee issues. Plus the poor dear has horrible ear infections!!!! Poor little Pearl. Doomed to a life of the momma following her around with a ladle!! =)


Next is our Sunflower Sister Miss Sequoia!! Her and Tuni are busy moving all the way across the country!! Can you believe it!! They are bi-coastal pugs now. But trip hasn't been easy for Sister Sequoia!! Her allergies have been bothering her and her little eyes turned all red!! Poor girl!! Itchy eyes and stuffy noses are not something you want while you travel. How can you enjoy the trip if you don't feel good? Thank goodness her momma knows that Benadryl is a pug's friend!!

And last, but by no means least, is dear, sweet Stubby!!!!! He has been having a rough time lately. He has an angry disc and rusty elbows!! Father Time is really beating up on the poor guy lately!! He is feed his angry disc Prednisone and shooting lasers at his rusty elbow!!! He has had a little more spring in his step lately, but he still has some work to do!! I'm sure the Popeye's his momma gave him over the weekend helped out lots!!!

So please send your happy thoughts and healing vibes out to our friends in need!!!! Lets put the Power of the Paw to work once again!!!

Just so you don't feel deprived, I had momma include a pic of me from 4th of July!! So this is me hiding under a chair in my cool coat still sweating my ta tas off!!!! At least I look cute doing it!! =)
