Thank you!!

I haven't been able to put together a final post for Lilo yet. Every time I try it ends in tears and not a lot else. I am working on it, it is just slow going. I did want to let everyone know that I'm hanging in there. I have good days and not so good days. She was my world for over 4 years and its been a real adjustment without her. I never could have made it through this without all of you!!! The comments and support here, on twitter and on facebook have been amazing! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's amazing how much love and support you can have from people you have never "met". Through the blog and KPR, Lilo touched a lot of people and I am touched and honored that her memory will live on with all of you!!! There are not enough thank yous in the world to adequately express all that you have done for me!! I will get Lilo's farewell post ready and I also have some exciting news for everyone!!! I'm ready to embark on my next adventure and I hope all of you will be a part of it!!

Until next time . . . .

Take your time with everything. I hope I have a tenth of the strength you do when the day comes that Payton must journey on. I wish that I had found Lilo's blog earlier, but I look forward to getting to know you and your next adventure.

Jess, thank you SO much for donating to help with Vinny's surgery. I appreciate it SO very much, and so does SEPRA. And most importantly, so does Vinny.

We hope that your days get easier every single day. We are thinking of you!

Thank you again,
Gina (and Vito and Vinny!)

So glad to see this beautiful post and that you are hanging in there with that grief (you are ahead of me and I'm not even CLOSE to a final post yet!) I am crying tears with you for your sweet baby. Our special girls are partying at the bridge!

I can't wait for you to tell us all about your new adventure. I'm sorry to say that I didn't know Lilo except through mentions here and there on other blogs. I'm very sorry for your loss and appreciate you visiting my blog and letting me know about how much has been raised for Vinny. I feel like all of us are family that own pugs or any of us who consider our pugs or other four-leggers our furkids/children. I'll be sure to join you on your next adventure.
Much love,
Mama Mindy of The Slimmer Puggums

I did get to meet Lilo and she was a very lucky girl to have you for her mama ... even if it was only for a short time. She may be gone but will never be forgotten! I am so excited for you and your new adventure ... I know it is going to be AWESOME!!!
